Psycho Hatcher

Our Vision

At Psycho Hatcher, our main goal is simple: to bring all the essential modes you’ll ever need into one easy-to-use spot. We’ve made sure our tool looks great and feels professional—like you’re using something top-notch. Plus, our modes are powered by AutoHotkey (AHK) code that’s got the thumbs-up from preston, the creator of Pet Simulator 99.

" (AHK) are fine. Line is drawn if you inject code in the game."

Antivirus

Executable file (EXE)

To achieve the professional and sleek design we envisioned, we crafted our user interface using C# (or C sharp). As my go-to programming language, I’ve mastered creating cool, contemporary interfaces with it. However, working with C# does present some challenges, especially when it comes to navigating issues with antivirus software.

False positives

Some antivirus programs might mistakenly flag our software as suspicious due to its use of components commonly found in malware. For example, our Account Manager tool connects to a database to verify usernames and passwords. While this function is entirely legitimate, it could be misinterpreted as malicious activity, akin to certain malware behaviors that verify credentials without user consent.

It’s important to remember that just because our software shares technical similarities with malware, it doesn’t imply it’s harmful.

Our application depends on an internet connection for several key functions:

  • Discord Link: To facilitate direct access to our community support via our Discord server.
  • Support Link: To provide immediate connection to our support resources.
  • Database Connection for Login: For secure user authentication.
  • Database Connection for mode Execution: To efficiently execute the modes stored in our database.
  • Automatic Updates: To ensure the software remains up-to-date effortlessly, eliminating the confusion of manual updates.

Solution

Safelisting

We continuously reach out to antivirus companies to request safelisting for our tool. While responses vary—with some companies cooperating and others not—we persist in our efforts to ensure our software is acknowledged as safe.

VirusTotal is an online service that uses various antivirus engines and website scanners to analyze suspicious files and URLs for malware and other malicious content. As of today, our results on VirusTotal show zero virus detections. For more detailed information, you can view the comprehensive results on their website.

Privacy and data policy

At Psycho Hatcher, we believe in maintaining a secure and private environment for all our users. We understand the importance of privacy and have implemented policies to ensure your personal information remains secure.

  • No Personal Data Collection: We do not ask for your email, nor do we require you to create a personal login and password. We provide a public account for your convenience, ensuring you can use our tools without sharing personal details.
  • No Roblox ID or Login Info: We never ask for your Roblox ID, username, password, or any other personal information. Always be cautious and never share information that you are not comfortable disclosing.
  • Safety and Privacy First: We could potentially enhance our tool by collecting data such as Roblox IDs, but we choose not to. This decision stems from our commitment to prioritize your safety and privacy above all else.

Community endorsements

We understand that you might have concerns about using Psycho Hatcher, especially since we are often taught to be wary of EXE files. Our application has been in use for nine months, a sufficient time for any malicious or unethical practices to have surfaced by now. We have built a solid trust within our community, and you can check out vouches from our users in the #vouches channel on our Discord server.

Future steps

Getting a signed code certificate would help keep our app from being mistakenly flagged by antivirus programs. Code signing is all about confirming who published the software and making sure it hasn’t been tampered with. This would really cut down on the false alarms. However, these certificates can cost between $400 and $500, which is a bit out of our reach right now, especially since Psycho Hatcher is a free tool that we update all the time. We’re thinking about maybe getting one down the line when it fits our budget better.

Conclusion

We truly do offer this application as a service to the community. We are committed to providing the best tools for all of you. We are humans just like you—kind words lift our spirits and keep us motivated, while negative feedback can be disheartening, especially since we volunteer our time. Your appreciation is all we ask for.

Our support team works tirelessly, day and night, to assist you. Please be kind to them, and rest assured that we won’t leave you hanging if you encounter any issues—we’re here to help until everything is resolved.
